What is craft beer?
Craft beers are brewed with traditional ingredients, such as malted barley, as well as non- traditional ingredients for innovative & unique flavors & experiences. The breweries at The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival, will have representatives on hand, to explain & educate you on their brewing techniques & the distinct differences of their brews.

What is The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival?
The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival was developed as an educational & informative showcase of national and local craft beer breweries.

When & Where?
The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival is being held on Saturday, November 12th 2016 in The Shipley Arena at The Carroll County Ag Center, located at 706 Agriculture Center Drive in Westminster MD.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is ample free parking.

How much are tickets & what is included?
Visit ticket page for pricing. Tickets include a sampling glass, unlimited beer samples*, multiple food stations, with food provided by Salerno's Restaurant & Catering & live entertainment. You will want to sample many different styles & "flavors" & we'd like you to enjoy as many samples as you can, responsibly. The breweries will be limiting the samples to 2-3 oz. samples per pour & reserve the right to not serve any guest who has visibly sampled enough. Special pricing available for Non-Drinker / Designated Driver tickets.

How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online (CLICK HERE) or at the door on the day of the event.

Will there be beers there to sample that are new?
Purchasing a ticket to the Carroll County Craft Beer Festival, does not guarantee availability of any specific brew. Offerings will be based on availability & some will run out before others. Depending on brewery brew schedule & delivery, offerings may change & offerings may be added

What happens if I break or lose my glass?
You will need to contact a staff member for a replacement, if available. If you break your glass, please bring broken pieces to a staff member for replacement. If you lose your glass, you may be required to purchase a new one.

Are children allowed?
No, this is an adult themed event. All ticket holders must be 21 years of age or older to enter. ID's will be checked upon entry, so do not forget to bring proper ID with you. No ID, no entry.

What if I don’t drink craft beer or don’t drink at all?
There will be alternative hard beverages to sample & unlimited bottled water & soda available.

Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, pets of any kind, other than service animals, will not be permitted.

Will there be a last call?
The event is scheduled to end at 6:00, and the last beer samples will be served at 5:30.

Can I bring my own food or beverages into the festival?
No outside food or beverages will be allowed in. Bags will be checked at the door.

Will I need extra money?
There will be additional food and specialty vendors at The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival with items that are not included in the price of the ticket

What forms of payment will be accepted at the event?
Cash is always good. Some of the specialty vendor may accept credit cards, but that is based on each individual vendor.

Are ATM’s available?
Yes, there a ATMs onsite.

Disclaimer: Tickets purchased to the The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival are final purchases & no refunds will be issued. The venue is indoor, so event will be held rain or shine. Entry to The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival, is for guests 21 years of age and older only. NO EXCEPTIONS. IDs will be checked upon entry. All beer samples must be sampled from glass provided. No outside glassware, food or beverages will be permitted. Management reserves the right to check any bags. Purchase of ticket does not guarantee availability of any specific beer offered by any specific brewery. Purchase of ticket(s) grants management the permission to use images obtained by photo or video in future advertising or promotional material. By purchasing ticket(s) & entering the venue, you assume all risk of violating the state law if you operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and further waive & forever release & indemnify management as well as all sponsors, breweries, distributors, importers, vendors, participating charity, musicians, employees, volunteers & agents from any & all liability arising from the use of alcoholic beverages or acts of nature. You voluntarily assume all risks & dangers of personal injury & all other hazards arising from or related to The Carroll County Craft Beer Festival, whether occurring prior to, during or after said event.

Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest appearing intoxicated upon arrival & remove any ticket holder, deemed intoxicated or unruly, without refund.
